Class 100M WHY IS THE POOL GREEN? APPLIANCE REPAIR FOR “NOT SO” DUMMIES.

This class is designed to deal with pool care problems, how to properly store pool chemicals. This class will also troubleshoot appliance repair problems.

Class 200M MAINTENANCE KNOW HOW:

Plumbing/Electric/AC/Heat

In this class, students will learn how to deal with basic plumbing problems, electrical wiring, Troubleshooting A/C and Heating problems.

Class 300M WHAT IS UNDER YOUR FEET?

Floor care/ Carpeting & Linoleum

Students will learn how to effectively deal with the installation of new carpet and linoleum.

Class 400M JUST SCRATCHING THE SURFACE:

Bath Tub /Counter Top/and Deck Resurfacing

We will have speakers with an expertise in the surfacing arena to demonstrate how maintenance staff can resurface bathtubs, counters, and Outside decks.

Class 500M “ WATER, MOLD AND ASBESTOS OH MY!”

Basic Flood/Asbestos/Mold Facts

Dealing with asbestos and mold issues is a very sensitive subject and requires great care and handling. Maintenance learn first hand how to detect mold and asbestos problems and how to deal with this complicated issue.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS

This class is designed for the Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor to attend together.
